No Refund Policy

At VAYL, each abaya is carefully tailored to order. For this reason, we operate a strict no returns policy.

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
We will only process an exchange and send out the replacement item once we have received the returned product in good condition. If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition/ packaging, we reserve the right to withhold the exchange and no refund will be issued.
